Modern and beautiful rooms with see view. Comfortable location very close to central beach with views of the sea and bay and over the walkway and old tower. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Church of The Most Holy Mother.

This is a new hotel and the owners have spent time on ensuring good workmanship in its construction. Its location just a couple of minutes from the town centre and five from the beach is excellent. Restaurant has a good varied menu and prices are reasonable, there is a 15% discount for residence. Room view was unbelievable with the bay of Sozopol right outside our balcony and the sun rising across the bay was a wonderful experience.
Just a couple of small points of detail, it would have been nice to have a shaving mirror in the wetroom as the mirror was a bit far away if wet shaving. Lugging suitcases up 2 or 3 flights of stairs can be a bit tiring, on investigation I am sure that a small (just for luggage) lift would have been possible to have installed.

The hotel is very nice located and the rooms are equiped with a good taste. It's quiet and the view to the beach is fabulous.
The breakfast was as poor as other guest already said. And, which was worse, one of the waiters doesn't like strangers: He wanted us to pay for a breakfast coffee and denied to clean the desk. At the reception they told us that the hotel and the restaurant the both run independent. So, at the end, we took the beakfast in another hotel.

The hotel personel at the reception is very nice. Amazing view, great restaurant.
I had booked the most expensive room in this hotel, trying to secure the great view because of which I have choisen this hotel. The room which I booked wss " Superior room with sea view". When I arrived late at night, I realized that I have to have acrobatic skills to be able ot see the sea from my room. The room was very small and overlooking the back yard of the hotel, and my window was litterally looking at people's feet passing on the street. I was furious to find out that this room is considered " superior room with sea view". What a rip off. The fire escape plan showed that my room not only had no sea view but it was also the smallest. The manager did not even want to speak to me, nor I received any discount. Since there were no other vacant roos, I had to stay at the no view room for two days, and then I was able to change to another room with real sea view, which was great. There is no coparison!!!!!!!! And they charged me the same for both rooms. I still feel cheated by this hotel. I specifically said in the comments that I want a sea view room, not back yeard view, and I dont think I should be charged for something which does not correspond to what I have received. Although it is a nice hotel, they have lost me as a customer.

Enjoyed our short stay very much. The hotel is perfectly set in the city walls above the sea shore and very convenient for walks around the old town. Hotel services and staff were friendly and satisfactory. Missed the city map of Sozopol at the reception, but that was maybe because of the out-of-season timing of our stay. Thank you for helping to make our stay in Sozopol worthwhile. Stanislav Ruza

The location is really excellent, the hotel is brand new so the hotel is very clean. The room over the sea despite a bit narrow, was marvellous.
The people probably have not been teached about what is a customer...which reveals a management problem. When we arrived we asked to use the small safe of the room which was locked and reception answered we had to pay to use it ....!incredible ! all the staff is permanently creating troubles asking money on all types of occasions, breakfast etc..... Staff is never smiling wherever you can go and they should better move to security jobs than serving customers. Only the person in charge of cleaning rooms is smiling

Architecture, location, service, spacious room, modern interior
Lack of parking space and poorly designed shower cabin - the water freely goes under the door flooding all the bathroom - really disappointing and contrasting to all other perfectly done interior design and finishing.

It has an excellent view. It is located just above the sea. As an advice book the rooms with sea view it worth all the money
Parking is almost impossible at the hotel and hotel stuff is unexperienced
